Currently, Modern Home Houseware Co., Ltd has two chain stores, the Beisihuan Branch and the Jinyuan Branch,

with a business area of over 10000 m2, mainly dealing in the area of kitchen and dinning room utensils, home textiles, and home-decoration goods, etc. Its annual sales income is RMB 0.15 billion. Since 2008, the Modern Home will gradually enter every chain stores of Easyhome, as well as begin to set up its own chain store as an independent retail business.

Mainly responsible for the operation and management of the standardized and popular home decoration and building materials, such as oil paint, paint, electrical materials, decoration materials and hardware, etc.

Up to now, the Home Building Material Supermarket Co., Ltd has set up the store in each chain branch of Easyhome with an area of 3000m2. In addition, the corporation also carries out exploration of specialized chain business outside the Easyhome system. It is expected that in the next 3-5 years, the Supermarket Co., Ltd will newly establish 5-8 chain stores every year, with the sales income exceeding RMB 1 billion Yuan.

The strategy of emphasizing on both of supermarket and marketplace is an important symbol of Easyhome to take an active role to make progress with the time, and to confront the competition from some international large scale home decoration and building material supermarkets. It is also an important feature of Easyhome which distinguishes from the traditional home decoration and building materials markets, as well as distinguishes from a modern home decoration and building materials supermarkets.
