In December 2002, the 9th Session of the Fourth Meeting of the Board of Directors of the company established the development strategy of the company. This strategy is divided into two steps. The first step: by taking about two years (2003-2004) the company establishes four 50,000 - 80,000 m2 branches in the east, south, west and north of Beijing respectively, so as to establish the leading position of Easyhome in the industry and regional advantage. So far, the first strategy has been realized. The second step of development strategy of the Easyhome: from 2005, by taking 3-5 years, the company plans to establish 30-50 branches in large and medium cities all over the country, and to reach the sales of RMB 20 billion. The company strives to enter the top list of large-scale commercial chain stores in China, and to build the company into the number one brand in the Chinese furniture and construction materials industry.
At present, the company is steadily making progress in accordance with the development strategy set by the board of directors of the company. |
